Exchanges

Please note - Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage﹗

At Diyari, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • The item is returned in its original condition
  • You can provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • You are a UK customer (international returns are not accepted)

All conditions must be met to qualify for an Exchange

Process for exchange

If your Exchange meets eligibility for a exchange, email Info@diyariclothing.co.uk with the following;

  • Email
  • Contact number
  • Order number
  • Details on Exchange items. e.g product code & quantity
    (Email request has to be sent within 10 days of delivery)

Accepting Exchange

We will contact the email/contact number provided for the outcome of the exchange. We will reject any return if:

  • Any item showing signs of wear, use, damage, or odour.
  • Not in original condition
  • Not in original packaging
  • not returned within 14 days of delivery (including delivery day)
  • Exchange document missing / not filled out
