RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• Be in their original condition with all tags attached
• Be in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or receipt

Important: Returns are only available for UK customers. We do not accept international returns at this time.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email Info@diyariclothing.co.uk within 10 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your email address
• Contact telephone number
• Order number
• Product code(s) and quantity of item(s) you wish to return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Returns We Cannot Accept

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

• Items show signs of wear, damage, or odor
• Items are not in their original condition or packaging
• Items are returned after the 14-day return window
• Return documentation is incomplete or missing

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for UK customers only. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns and be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, email Info@diyariclothing.co.uk within 10 days of delivery with:

• Your contact details
• Order number
• Details of the item(s) you wish to exchange

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for exchanges.
